We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, peaceful, and so relaxing. I especially loved how well-stocked the kitchen was — it had everything we needed, including cooking oil and all kinds of spices. It really felt like a home away from home. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again!

The place was perfect for our idyllwild stay! Close walk to town and relaxing space in the woods. And lots of fans and AC which helped during a heat wave! Would book again!

We had an AMAZING stay! Perfect mountain town get away. Cabin is “rustic” in all the right ways. Close to town, hiking, all the activities. Kelly was a great host. Communicative and helpful. Great recommendations for things to do. My five year especially loved the creek right behind the cabin. We went everyday and checked on “our” fish friends in the little pool that was fed by a little waterfall. Hot tub under the stars every night. Couldn’t have asked for more and will be back. Five stars.

Kelly was responsive and easy to connect with! The place was neat and clean and had everything stocked. Appreciated the dog policy and EV charging!

Wow, this is one the very best places my husband and I have ever stayed! The cabin is the definition of cozy and the screened-in gazebo is truly what forest dreams are made of. We spent our mornings bird watching on the balcony off the bedroom and then lounged in the gazebo all afternoon. This place really has it all... a comfy bed, a cute little breakfast nook, heaps of games to play, and it's very central to the center of town, but still has a tucked-away-in-the-woods feel. We were very bummed when it was time to go and we'll definitely be back!

Beautiful setting amongst the pines with birds ,squirrels and deer to see and enjoy. Very very lovely home with all the amenities. Quiet and serene. Will definitely head back to Idylbrook.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Idyllcove! This cozy little A-frame cabin tucked away in the woods of Idyllwild was the perfect escape from the heat and busy pace of city life. We loved the peace and quiet, the beautiful natural surroundings, and the chance to truly slow down and recharge.
The cabin was charming, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It felt private and secluded while still being conveniently located near town and local activities. We especially enjoyed the calm mornings and peaceful evenings among the trees.
Idyllcove is a truly special place, and we would happily stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a restful mountain retreat!

Great location and really cute cozy cabin. Across the street from one of the best restaurants in town (Cafe Aroma) and easily walkable to town. The fenced in porch and hot tub were great for relaxing after walking all day in town.

We absolutely loved our stay. The setting of the home was stunning! The home was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was VERY well stocked with every piece of kitchenware that one would need to cook. (Ok maybe get a set of tongs- but that’s it!) The gates and fence made the stay so much fun for our 2 sweet black labs that usually have a much smaller space:) Thank you!!!

Enjoyed our return stay at the quaint cabin. Had a relaxing holiday week with our dogs! Loved spending time on the beautiful patio, walking to town and enjoying the great restaurants. The parade was fun too! Thank you for your hospitality!

This was probably my 20th Airbnb stay and one of the most memorable. Every detail was thought out. Amazing location, beautiful home, and very well hosted.

We loved our stay here. The cabin is clean, spacious, and had a well-equipped kitchen and laundry setup. Our dog loved the fenced yard. The wifi wasn't working when we first arrived, and the hosts were very responsive and had it fixed quickly. We would be happy to stay here again!

My husband and I have graduated from camping to glamping. We were joining our group who were staying in Idlewild Park and we appreciated the convenience of Kelly’s place to the park and the many many amenities. A minor problem with the coffee grinder was resolved pronto and Kelly and her staff were friendly and responsive. The place is such a peaceful getaway both my husband and I could imagine a writers retreat here.

Our stay at Idyllcove was perfect. The ease of booking, finding the cabin, and entering was super easy. Everything was as said in the listing, and clean and ready for us to begin our relaxing getaway. I recommend this cabin and would stay again. The only issue was the WiFi did not work, and made it difficult to research restaurants/ trails in the area. Cell service was only one bar, so our phone were essentially non working for anything but taking photos. Otherwise than that, the hot tub was hot, beds were comfy, and proximity to town were all great. The WiFi was maybe only down our particular weekend, which happens! Reminds us to enjoy nature ❤️

Idyllcove was so perfect for a summer getaway for us and our two dogs (who loved the back yard!). It is so cozy and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. It’s a perfect location—a five-minute drive from town, and five minutes from trailheads for hikes with the best views.

Perfect stay with young kids! We had 5 kids under the age of 8 and they spent the entire time playing in the creek. I’ve already recommended to two families! We can’t wait to return.

This was the perfect place to stay at during our weekend trip to Idyllwild. They were accommodating of a slightly earlier check-in, and the house was so cozy and less than a mile from "downtown" Idyllwild. We loved waking up to a view of the trees through the large windows, and the backyard made it feel more secluded than it was. If you are looking for a comfortable, rustic home during your trip to Idyllwild, I couldn't recommend this one enough.

Idyllcove was the perfect peaceful getaway we were looking for! The A frame cabin was absolutely adorable with all the needed amenities you could possibly need. It was clean and well furnished. The property was very easy to find, access was smooth with no issues, and we would absolutely stay here again next time we are in the area! The Kelly was a fantastic host that communicated frequently and always responded promptly.

Kelly’s place was one of our fav air bnbs we’ve ever stayed in. It was a delight having the creek accessible right from the backyard, we could hear it trickling by whenever we were hanging on the back deck. There is even a little path that walks along the creek that we explored and the kids loved. The interior of the place was very spacious and provided more than enough room for our family of five to spread out. The kitchen was amazing and we loved having plenty of spices and utensils at our disposal, that made us feel right at home. We would love to stay in Kelly’s Airbnb again!

What a beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting. We have been visiting idyllwild to climb and stay for many years. This cabin is a true gem. They have done a great job at keeping it cabin like while making it extremely comfortable. The outdoor deck and hot tub seems to be very new and maintained. It's surrounded by trees, bird and squirrels. Beds were very comfortable. Fire place is one of the nicer ones I've used. The creek crossing the property played a nice calm melody for us during our stay, was just magical.

Picturesque cabin tucked away on a quiet street—but still just a 15-minute stroll into the village area. Cabin seemed more spacious, open, and airy in person (to me) than expected. Beautiful, soft sunlight streamed through the trees and the A-frame windows throughout the day (but prob depends on the time of year and where the sun moves). Charming, warm rustic decor with comfortable well-made furniture. Thoughtful amenities in the kitchen and bath. Super easy, no-hassle check-in and check-out. Attentive hosts. A perfect week in the mountains for us. Thank you!

Such a magical cabin in the middle of the forest. We loved how private it was and it has all the accommodations for a cozy lovely and intimate stay . Our dog absolutely enjoyed the gated house and the outdoor patio. The pictures do no justice , it’s absolutely beautiful and the host thought of every single detail to make the stay comfortable.

I am a chef, and really appreciated the well-appointed kitchen! Everything I needed to make a few yummy meals.
The cabin is right across the street from Aroma Cafe, which is a favorite of mine!
We brought our dog with us and she absolutely loved exploring in the woods and trekking down to the creek and even waded in the creek.
We loved the outdoor spaces to hang out in the hot tub and happy hour on the deck surrounded by nature!
Can’t recommend this cabin enough! Can’t wait to check out another one of their properties in Idyllwild!

Absolutely fantastic cabin, location, and host. We wanted a weekend of peace and quiet to get away from the big city, and this absolutely nailed it at a very fair price. The cabin has everything you might want, and the brookhouse outside was truly amazing. The entire listing is set up perfectly. I really couldn't have asked for anything to be different. Quiet, peaceful, yet still a short walk to downtown Idyllwild if you need groceries or want to visit the local shops and see Mayor Max (Which we did!) The host was always responsive and very friendly, and their guidebook answered all our questions. If you're looking at reviews and wondering whether you should book, you absolutely should. The pictures match the listing, and we couldn't have had a better time.

Beautiful and peaceful cabin and setting with a gentle stream running at the bottom of the hill by the gazebo. My husband and I brought my 2 year old daughter and she loved all the outdoor space for gathering sticks and pinecones, and we all loved the private gazebo and hammock. There are a couple other cabins nearby but you don't really notice them -- it's very quiet outside and there are a couple of wooden privacy walls that make the cabin and porch feel more enclosed.. though you still have an amazing view of the tall trees in the back. I would love to stay there again when we visit Idyllwild in the future.

The A-Frame cabin was a perfect getaway for our small family. It was quiet, centrally located, setup like a home away from home.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Idyllodge! The team here was very responsive before we came (for our prep), while we were there (although we had minimal issues!) and even after we left! And the place (and setting) are absolutely beautiful! There are so many nice amenities and it’s such a nice location - we didn’t want to leave the lodge! But of course we did because the location on the creek and proximity to town were perfect.
We look forward to staying here again - w are already looking at future dates!

A wonderful space, incredibly quiet and relaxing

We loved our stay at Idyllbrook. The Brook House was amazing and so relaxing. We spent a lot of time in there just reading and listening to nature. The cabin was clean and well furnished. There were lots of board games to play which was nice. Downtown was a 5 minute drive from the cabin and both hikes we went on were about 10 minutes from the cabin. Kelly was very responsive and had lots of great local recommendations for our stay. I would totally book this cabin again.

Great location, just a short drive from town. The home was cozy and private with a lot of great touches. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked I have seen of any Airbnb and made cooking great.

Absolutely fabulous. The cabin is beautiful and clean but thoughtfully outfitted with everything you’d need - even with kiddos/doggos. Loved everything about it. We felt okay walking on the cabin street, but not so much on the connecting street. Otherwise fantastic! Hope to go back again.

We had a lovely time at Idyllcove. The place is in a nice location just a few minutes from the town centre with plenty of hikes nearby too. The house itself was cosy and well kept.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this historic, rustic gem. Had everything we needed and the hosts thought of everything, especially in the kitchen which was very well appointed. Close to everything we enjoy walking to, including across the street from Cafe Aroma. We parked our truck in the ample space and didn’t touch it all weekend. Easy access to the Strawberry Creek Trail which was beautiful and peaceful. We highly recommend this property.
